Countries or regions not covered by shipping options
If your country or region is not listed among the supported areas above, the services and support provided by Even Realities will be subject to the following limitations:

Ordered products will not be shipped.

The return policy will no longer apply.

Repair services involving shipping will be restricted.
If you require mail-in repair services from a restricted area, we will do our best to assist you in arranging logistics providers for the shipment. However, due to logistics costs and local policies, the following considerations apply:

If the issue is covered under warranty, you will need to bear the portion of the shipping costs exceeding the standard shipping fees mentioned above.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for the entire shipping cost.
In all cases, we will require your assistance with customs clearance and other related issues to ensure the service can proceed smoothly.
Military bases
Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases aren’t possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.
Tracking
You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order any time either by selecting Track Orders at the bottom of the page or using the carrier’s website.

Prescription orders
Frames with corrective lenses are tailor-made to your prescription and therefore have a longer processing time.
